Terms & Conditions

1. Photographic Material and Copyrights:- All photographic material, such as originals, negative, photos, and/or

slides shall be the exclusive property of the photographer Vivid Reflection. The Photographer Vivid Reflection shall

own the copyrights in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self

promotion, any royalties will not be given and/or shared with clients and/or subjects in original images.

2. Full High Resolution Images:- All images will be sent in Raw format resolutions, an agreed fee is to be paid in

full before any or all images is delivered via a digital copy, canvas copies can be purchased thus time limits of delivery

may vary and/or an agreement of final deals. Vivid Reflection will not be liable if clients decide to change their mind

and request a refund which Vivid Reflection reserves the right refuse a full refund.

3. Clients Usage:- The client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any

reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer Vivid Reflection. If client is obtaining a print for

reproduction, Photographer Vivid Reflections can at own discretion authorize client to reproduce the print only as set

forth under Special Usage Requirement. In such event in doing so, the client shall request that a copyright and

credit notice for the Photographer Vivid Reflections logo and/or water mark to be placed adjacent to the photograph

on publication, but no liability if the publication refuses to omits to do so, if this happens then client will not under any

circumstances modify or edit the images to suit.

4. Social Media:- This clause applies to all social media platforms, including Facebook and blogs. When published

online it is required that citation of photographer Vivid Reflection be made. The client agrees that they will under no

circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for

any family member and/or friend/s who post our photographs online and agrees they cannot be cropped , altered in

color, or edited in any way.

5. Liability:- It is the client’s responsibility to take care of children/s at all times during a shooting session, Vivid

Reflection will not accept any responsibility due to any accidents to children and/or damage to public or private

properties during a photo shooting session or consultation session.

6. It is understood that no other photographer, amateur, and/or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the

venue (Personal Wedding photo location, Portrait, family photo, etc), during the photo shooting session.

7. It is understood that the photographer are not responsible to fix photos to cover up parts of your body that you do not

wish to be seen in the photos, although with in advance notice before final prints made to alter any photos.

8. Photo Cooperation:- In the event that family/guests are taking photos eg; Weddings, Parties etc,

Vivid Reflection is not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to

any other behaviour from guests. Vivid Reflection is not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities

by other vendors and/or wait staff.

9. Health:- Please inform Vivid Reflection before the day of the photo session if you are experiencing any symptoms

of cold and/or flu like symptoms, or if you have covid 19 infection and/or been in contact or been in any Covid 19 hot

zone in the last 14 days prior to the photo session day. A reschedule will be arranged after you are fully recovered

and are no longer contagious. This is to protect the health of all my clients, who can include newborns and/or

children. Please inform Vivid Reflections before booking if you or anyone attending your photography session suffers

from any health conditions including allergies, photosensitive epilepsy, medical issues, physical difficulties and

disabilities etc.
